These Terms of Sales govern all purchases made on meetmewear.com, operated by Meet Me Wear.

1. Products

All Meet Me Wear items are printed on demand and made to order. Product images are as accurate as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen and the printing process.

2. Prices

Prices are displayed in your local currency and include applicable taxes where required. Shipping is free across Europe, the UK, and the USA. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are billed at the price shown when your order is placed.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of error, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment providers at the time of purchase. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Production & Delivery

As each item is made to order, please allow production time in addition to delivery. Estimated timeframes are provided in our Shipping Policy. Delivery delays caused by carriers or incorrect address details are not the responsibility of Meet Me Wear.

6. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, they are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind, in accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are covered — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Meet Me Wear and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Sales are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights of the buyer's country of residence.
